Hong Kong Delivery

We delivery to most of Hong Kong areas.

Delivery fees

During the Grand Opening Special, we offer free delivery on orders over 200HKD.

For orders below 200 HKD the delivery fees are of 49HKD.

The delivery time lead

The delivery time lead is 1-2 business days after dispatch except for remote areas.
Remote area*, the delivery lead time is 2-5 business days after dispatch.

*Remote Areas: Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North Area, Tai Po, Sai Kung, the Islands.

For International Delivery

As we don’t provide international deliveries yet, please contact us on hello@baobaby.com.hk for a quotation.

Order processing time

Once order and payments are confirmed, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and prepare it for dispatch.

The cut off time for order processing is 3 pm from Monday to Friday.

Important note:

• Our delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher/ Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. Shipments may be delayed, but we will resume normal operations as soon as possible. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher/ Black Rainstorm Signal remain effective at 6 p.m., delivery service will resume on the next business day.
• We make 2 attempts to deliver your shipment. We will call you to reschedule the 2nd delivery attempt. If we are still unable to deliver it, the package will be returned to us and additional charges might apply to reschedule another delivery.
