Return and Refund

You can file a return and refund claim for the following reasons:

• The purchase product is damaged 
• It is not the product that you ordered

We make our best to ensure that products are delivered in good conditions and are not damaged. 

If a damaged item is shipped, you have 7 calendar days after you have received the shipment to request a return or refund. You should not have opened or used the product in order to be able to return it.

We might ask you to provide photos of the damaged product.
